Just a quick post to let everyone know I have received 50 Hardcover copies of my book, and I can distribute those to who I have orders for and sell the remaining copies to whoever places orders with me.  So for those of you who were paying me by PayPal, please do so.  Everyone else who has either paid or made arrangements to pay thank you.
